The miniclave drive multipurpose pressure reactor system is designed for the use of interchangeable steel pressure vessels. Thanks to its safety features, safe reactions under pressure are guaranteed.

With its magnetic drive, the miniclave drive ensures efficient mixing and stirring of the process media as well as excellent heat transfer. While allowing high-pressure reactions, the steel reactors ensure high resistance against acids. 

Without the use of tools, the fast action closure makes changing vessels quick and easy. Also, the modular setup of the miniclave drive system allows changing or upgrading for new tasks at any time.

  • Stand with height-adjustable clamp
  • Stainless steel / Hastelloy® pressure vessel with suitable stirrer shaft, stirrer, Pt-100

The following vessel types are optionally available for the miniclave drive:  

  • Type 3 (metal): Jacketed pressure vessels for heating with thermostat: 100, 200, 300 ml. 150 bar / 300 °C with drain opening.
  • Type 3E: pressure vessels with electric heating and water cooling: 100, 200, 300 ml. 150 bar / 300 °C with drain opening.
  • BTC: PID temperature controller for Type 3E, 4E vessels
