Separation and isolation of secondary metabolites

Here we present an application to prepurify natural products from a crude extract by flash chromatography, a superior alternative to size exclusion chromatography in case of the studied extract. Additionally, an isolation of combined fractions was performed on the PrepChrom C-700 using a 10 µm prep-HPLC column.
