visionCATS 4.2 introduces new AI Tools for enhanced HPTLC data analysis

CAMAG has released visionCATS 4.2, introducing a new AI Tools option that enhances HPTLC data analysis with artificial intelligence. These intelligent tools help laboratories transform complex chromatographic data into clear, reliable insights, enabling faster and more confident analytical decisions.

The AI Tools option integrates statistical evaluation and machine learning to improve peak assessment and sample classification.

The Peaks Acceptance Criteria tool enables users to define statistically reliable acceptance limits for peak area and height, visualize signal patterns, and automatically group peaks for consistent evaluation. This improves the detection of abnormal results and ensures robust quality control.

The Classification tool applies AI-based pattern recognition to classify samples and identify hidden relationships within datasets. Using supervised and unsupervised methods, as well as advanced visualization techniques, users can detect outliers, assess quality consistency, and perform origin or species identification.

These new AI-powered capabilities support key applications such as adulteration detection, quality assessment, and sample comparison. By combining CAMAG’s analytical expertise with artificial intelligence, visionCATS 4.2 helps laboratories improve efficiency, reliability, and confidence in HPTLC data analysis.
