Sampling Systems
HECHT provides six inline sampling solutions for precise, representative, and safe extraction of powders and granules under strict hygiene and containment (up to OEB 5). From mobile single-use CPS lances to sealed CPP bottle ports and robust inline samplers (Screw, Spoon, Slide, Vacuum), the portfolio supports GMP-compliant quality monitoring across pharma, chemical, food, and battery applications. Features include endless-liner transfer, Tri-Clamp construction, optional WIP cleaning, vacuum/pressure-tight designs, and self-cleaning to minimize cross-contamination and maintenance.
- Containment Sampling Stick (CPS) — OEB 5 single-use lance; mobile sampling in < 2 min; foil-lined, sealed path; avoids fixed containment enclosures.
- Containment Sampling Port (CPP) — OEB 5 push-port for wide-mouth bottles; visual fill check; endless-liner transfer; no external utilities; optional WIP; pairs with Slide/Screw samplers.
- Screw Sampler — For silos/downpipes; timer-controlled cycles; reverse self-cleaning; multiple connections/seals; ideal for dusty/flow-sensitive media; residuals returned to process.
- Spoon Sampler — Inline sealed spoon; manual/pneumatic drive; defined dose, 180° discharge; agitator for cohesive media; Tri-Clamp dismantling; endless-liner/tank compatible.
- Slide Sampler — U-shaped slide enters vertical flow only during sampling; manual/automatic; adjustable size; time-controlled; excellent for sticky powders with minimal disturbance.
- Vacuum Sampler — Flush-wall inline design; vacuum-tight & pressure-resistant (to 2.0 bar); auto-clean ring filter; Tri-Clamp, dead-space-free; optional glove-box/magazine; sanitary/gravimetric sampling.

- IPC sampling from gravity chutes/silos (Screw/Slide) with time-based cycles and residuals returned to process.
- Closed OEB 5 sampling without opening packaging — CPS lance or CPP bottle port with endless liner and visual fill.
