Discharging and Emptying of Containers
HECHT’s modular discharging systems empty FIBCs, drums and sacks safely and hygienically with the required level of containment, automation and integration. From ergonomic FIBC connection systems (LAS EC “Easy”, AAS/CAS, SoliValve®) to drum solutions (CFE K / CFE K EC / CFE L / FE L) and compact sack stations (SE H / SE H EF / SE RVS / SE CS), each setup protects operators, product and environment. Options include OEB 5 containment, WIP/CIP, ATEX, nitrogen inertisation and docking to HECHT pneumatic conveying—customized to space and cleaning protocols.
- FIBC Discharging Systems (Connection Systems) — LAS EC “Easy” (OEB 5, 3-button, no consumables), AAS/AAS EF (lever-sealed, low-dust; EF with integrated filter), CAS, SoliValve® (automatic, high-containment).
- Drum Discharging Solutions — CFE K (tipping, glovebox, OEB 5), CFE K EC (EC interface, quick changeovers), CFE L (suction lance, weight-controlled, OEB 5), FE L (mobile lance for partial emptying/sampling).
- Sack Discharge Stations — SE H (basic, local dedusting, 260 l buffer), SE H EF (integrated filters + vibrating sieve), SE RVS (hygienic round casing, sieve; for poor-flowing/lumpy products), SE CS (glovebox + continuous liner, OEB 5).
- SoliValve® Split Cone System — automatic contained dosing/discharge (OEL 10–100 µg/m³), ±1 g accuracy, nitrogen inertisation, CIP/Ex-ready.
Aplications:
- Big-bag unloading using low-dust connections (LAS EC “Easy”, AAS/AAS EF) with on-board filtration.
- Closed, high-containment drum emptying (OEB 5) with glovebox and double sealing (CFE K/K EC).
- Partial/complete drum discharge via suction lance with mass control and vacuum-stabilized liners (CFE L / mobile FE L).
- Sack tipping with de-lumping/contaminant removal (SE H EF / SE RVS); SE CS for OEB 5 without PPE.
- Contained, metered discharge with SoliValve® (OEL 10–100 µg/m³), ±1 g dosing, N₂ inerting.
- Direct hook-up to PCC pneumatic transfer for closed material flow.
