The QMill-2 is designed for R&D laboratory needs, where new products are developed and a micronization process for small quantities, from minimum 1 gram to a few kilograms, is required.

This fluid jet mill’s bench top design assures easy placement on any laboratory desk or hood. The QMill-2 is engineered to give high product yield with batch size from 1g to 3kg with productivity from 0.01 to 1kg/h.

All connections of components are cGMP compliant and assure quick and easy assembling and disassembling. The number of components is reduced to a minimum for fast cleaning and validation activities.

The QMill-2 can be easily integrated into FPS isolators for the safe handling and processing of highly potent API (HPAPI) or toxic products.
